Atmosphere protection furnace is mainly used to introduce a specific gas for special heat treatment during high-temperature sintering, or to protect the heat-treated samples from oxidation by using atmosphere protection.
According to the different types of furnaces, they are divided into tubular and box type. Among them, the tubular atmosphere furnace uses quartz tubes for low temperatures and corundum tubes for high temperatures according to different temperatures, with flange seals at both ends; Box type atmosphere furnaces are mostly welded as a whole, lined with inorganic insulation materials, and have independent furnace doors sealed with silicone.
